Hello, When trying to send pictures or text androids my iPhone will not allow me to do so,

Go to Settings > Messages and the scroll down until you see 'Send as SMS'. Is it turned on?

In that case I would reach out to your carrier to see if SMS/MMS is blocked by them as your phone clearly is setup to send them.
What do you mean with 'gc'?
In the same settings is 'MMS Messaging' enabled?
Thank you for your clarification. Group chats need to be enabled as well under Settings > Messages > Group Messaging
Yes it is always on, it still doesn’t let me text gc with androids or send androids pictures though
By “Gc” i mean Groupchats.
Everything is enabled! I am just still not able to text group chats with androids or send androids pictures.
