I Lost account game center
After upgrading IOS I lost my account in Game Center, I only remember login: Siwaa.
Apple ID was different than that now. Can I recover them somehow?

If you're looking for the Apple ID used with GameCenter, you can find this in Settings at the top or you can go to Settings > GameCenter and the Apple ID will appear right below your username. If you're looking for a different Apple ID, you can try checking on a different device that may have used it or check your email for an email addressed to the account.
