the print dialog box on my MacBook Air sometimes cuts off the PRINT button at the bottom. How do I move the dialog box up?

Hmmm, that shouldn't happen. Are you running a lower, scaled resolution? Try going to System Preferences > Displays > Scaled > click on More Space (higher resolution). You can switch it back after printing as desired.
