Replacement for QuickTime Broadcaster?

For years a company used this with a webcam to allow anyone in the office on the LAN to view the front lobby door if the receptionist was out. Simple streaming over the LAN. Configured a QuickTime file that they only had to double click on to view the live stream. Multiple employees could also view it at the same time.

They stopped using it three or four years ago and now need it again. QuickTime Broadcaster has not been updated in years. So dead end there.

I have been searching for something similar but everything wants to connect to the Internet or requires an account or can only do one to one connections.

Any ideas?
