Mid 2012 MBP Boot Camp Windows 7 says “Your bootable USB drive couldn’t be created.”

How do I install windows 7 boot camp on a mid 2012 13 inch MacBook Pro non retina without it saying “your bootable usb drive couldn’t be created”. I tried windows 8.1 but my audio didn’t work and my second monitor wasn’t working because of the UEFI boot and I heard that you need to install windows 7 for BIOS boot so is there a solution to install windows 7 to boot camp via usb in 2022 or is there a possible way I can install newer versions of windows with BIOS and not UEFI because of the awful driver issues.
