Hello!


Have you tried the following:


1) Updated to the latest version of iOS?

Settings -> General -> Software Update


2) Have you looked at your Face ID Settings?

Settings, then tap Face ID & Passcode. Make sure that Face ID is set up and the features you’re trying to use Face ID with are turned on.


Also, make sure nothing is covering your camera.


Once you have tried those steps you can then Restart your iPhone – Apple Support (UK)


If your Face ID still does not work, then contact Apple.
