Health app not working

Hi,


Since I updated to the latest iOS (15.4.1) my Health app fails to open as in it is a white screen forever when I try to do that. Restarting the phone and opening the app works, but if I want to check the app again after one hour, it's the white screen again.

Another app I have problems with is the Watch app. I can open it but once I press Watch -> General will freeze and nothing will open and if I try to press another tab, will be frizzed. All I can do is close the app.

Do you have some tips for making these apps work? I have an iPhone 12.
