adding Driver's license to wallet

I tried to add my driver's license to wallet but the state comes up as Arizona and will not let me change it. No drop down menu of states. Any ideas?

At present, only Arizona offers the feature.

Can you add an Arizona drivers license to wallet if your not in state? I have an Arizona drivers license, but am currently residing out of state for a while. I don’t have the option to add my license appear when I open my wallet. Do I need to be in Arizona to actually see the add drivers license option?
