I can’t download YouTube via my App Store I restarted my phone I disconnected and reconnected again in order to download a new application and this is impossible and the same also for Shazam.
What am I supposed to do ? Please, help me.

yes I tried what you suggested nothing I don't know what I should do goes normally I don't want to reset my phone just for that I tried and I lost everything
