I have a small crack on the back of my iPhone 12 Pro, it’s just in the top corner. If I go through the Apple limited warranty, will I be charged for the repair?

Unless the crack was caused by a manufacturing defect (and it can be proven to be that) you will have to pay for the repair as accidental damage is not covered by warranty.
