Why are my emails not showing on my iPad as they do on my android
Please tell me how to synchronize my android with my iPad such that my messages will enter the two whenever they are sent

Have you added the email accounts to the iPad?
Have you tried deleting the account(s), restarting the device, and then adding the account(s) back?
