When I receive a notification or interact with my Apple Watch (click the buttons or just use it) my AirPod pros disconnect from my iPhone and connect to my watch which pauses my music and then when I hit play on my phone music comes out of the speakers rather than my headphones. Everything is updated fully- how can I stop this from happening?

Hi, thank you for your response! I am running iOS 15.4.1 and I do not have “connect to this [device]” as a setting. Is there perhaps a different setting for this?

In order to see the options listed above, you will need to make sure you are wearing the AirPods and they are connected to your iPhone. You can verify the connection in Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone. The article you were previously provided shows you how.
