My MacBook Pro 2021 was purchased brand new from BestBuy, recently I noticed the screen was peeling off and was told that it was a screen protector, the glue under the screen protector ruined the entire screen of my MacBook and now I am unsure what to do as this was not my fault I was unaware of any screen protector placed on my laptop and my warranty has just ended.

Brand new does not have screen protector—
maybe an anti-glare coating but that would be different.
A brand new Mac has a 1 yr warranty.

The standard MacBook Pro does not have a screen protector, and Apple recommends AGAINST their use on a non-touchscreen MacBook Pro.
You need to discuss this matter with Best Buy, as they seem to be the ones who applied it, and they need to "make it right" if it has caused damage to the display.
Another possibility: did you buy this factory sealed or was it an open box item/return from another customer? If the latter, best buy did not sell you a new device and I would insist on a complete refund immediately.
