My MacBook came with a screen protector on it?

The standard MacBook Pro does not have a screen protector, and Apple recommends AGAINST their use on a non-touchscreen MacBook Pro.

You need to discuss this matter with Best Buy, as they seem to be the ones who applied it, and they need to "make it right" if it has caused damage to the display.

Another possibility: did you buy this factory sealed or was it an open box item/return from another customer? If the latter, best buy did not sell you a new device and I would insist on a complete refund immediately.
