How to enroll in path to Apple card?
I read about a path to Apple card that can happen if you were declined in the initial application process. Is there a form to fill out to enroll in the path to Apple card?

The Path to Apple is an invitation only program that Goldman Sachs, Apple Card issuer and servicer, manages. You must apply for the Apple Card and be declined. If your credit profile matches Goldman Sachs criteria, you’ll receive an invitation via the email you used on your Apple Card application.
