I had concerns about a possible hack or virus, so I figured I'd reset the phone. Now it's stuck on "uploading items to iCloud" at 67% with "skip upload" as the only option to click. I don't want to "skip upload" because the point was to not lose my contacts and reminders. PLEASE HELP!!

We want to help you get iCloud working. We think that it might be best to choose to skip that process for now. Once it has skipped and you're no longer seeing the loading progress, you can go to Settings > [Your Name] and sign in to iCloud. This should let you sync all of your information such as those contacts and reminders.
