Should I keep my mac always plugged in?

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask whether I should keep my Mac always plugged in even if it charges up to 100%, cause I have heard that if I keep charging it after 100%, it harms the battery. Please help.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.2

You can plug in your Mac when needed or convenient to do so. Leaving it plugged in will not damage the battery or the computer. The MacOS manages the computer's power/charging system very well. There is no need for you to micro manage the system.
