I thought I was erasing my notes from my iCloud account only, only to find out that he erased my notes entirely from my phone as well. I desperately desperately need to get them back. Please somebody help

Recovering Notes:
Have any other device associated to this account? If so, power off your router so that you do not sync with Apple's server. From there, export downloaded notes. Go Here: Import and Export Notes on Mac - Apple Support
