How do I clean out my iCloud storage? My phone keeps saying I can’t backup because my iCloud storage if full.

If you don't want to buy extra iCloud Storage (using these instructions:--> Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support ), you can backup your iPhone via computer using iTunes (PC) or Finder (Mac).
