iTunes play count not updating

I recently migrated my itunes from a PC running Windows 10 to a new MacBook running OS 12.3.1

Everything came over correctly (songs, playlists, most album art), but the playcounts did not come over completely. Some counts came over, but not all. For example the top 25 smartplaylist is dramatically different.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.3
