My photos won't upload to other programs. This is new. I never had that problem before. When I click on pictures, I can't see any of my photos or albums, yet if I open my photos icon, all of my pics and albums are there. I can't send any photos to any galleries....and being and artist, this is just awful. Please advise.

You need to be clicking on photos in the media section of the left hand panel, then photos at the top of the right hand pane. Like this:
If that is still not working - then as a workaround until you get it fixed, select the images then file>export, settings full size and maximum quality, kind jpg - and export them to a folder. You can then upload them from the folder.
