I am trying to transfer CDs to my I phone to play in my car which does not have a CD player but does bluetooth stuff. I downloaded Itunes to my PC and uploaded some of my CDs to it. Then I attached my iphone to the PC and attempted to have Itunes send my cd music to the Iphone. It goes through a long update process but always ends up with an error statement 400. I have done this three times with same result

Try syncing a single playlist rather than all your music at one time. Do you have any third party security software? It can help to exclude the iTunes folder from real time scanning if you do.
