i need help

i cant download apps because it says my account has been disabled in the itunes and app store. how do i fix it?

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following specific link:--> Apple Support
