macbook not going to sleep when i close the lid

Hi

After getting my macbook air 2020 back from repair service (I had gotten liquid in the keyboard, and unfortunately here in Czech Republic there are no apple service, but I went to a reputable and mac licensed shop) it no longer goes to sleep when I close the lid.

This is annoying as I want to be able to close the lid and return to a computer that still has battery. I also want it to automatically stop playing music or video when I close the lid. It used to do it before, but now, after it has been fixed (bottom case replaced), it no longer goes to sleep, and when I come back to it, it has often run out of battery, despite being closed.

I am sending screenshots of my energy saving settings. Please advise me what to do as this is something that is becoming quite an issue and disrupting my ability to do my work.

Thank you!

Bottom case —is a the simple flat cover panel...

the upper case includes the logic board/keyboard/battery, this is separate from the Display.

If this is Intel try resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

if this is M1 try ty SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies.

if no resolve—

clarify what exact macbook air 2020 and what exact macOS...
