There is no Ps Remote Play app on app store

Hello, today I decided to try this feature to play PS4 remotely from my phone, after watching videos and reading instructions. When I tried to find this app, it just simply wasn't there. I tried to look it up on google to get link to app store for this app, but when I clicked to them nothing happened. In the beggining I thought that it was because my phone wasn't updated. But nothing changed after update. I have iPhone 11 and iOS 15.4.1

Do you have any ideas why this isn't possible?

Also haven't really seen anyone with the same problem
