I have changed the region to UK in my iphone but it’s still giving same issue, this app is not available in your region.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

So, you have an Apple Watch Series 4 or above, not a Watch SE. It was purchased in a region that supported ECG, you have updated the software on the Apple Watch to the latest version. Your iPhone was also in a region that supports ECG, your Apple ID is from that regions as well, and it is not working. Am I correct?

Everything is fine but it’s telling me that ECG app is not available in my region.
