removing a payment method

I tried to remove my payment method but says that I have an active subscription but when I see what subscription are active says that I don`t have a active subscription.

Expiring subscriptions are considered active. If there aren't any of those or you can't wait, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

the last payment I made was to icloud in february, from then on I had a new card and now I'm trying to add this new card and it's not working, I didn't cancel the subscription at the time but now I can't cancel it, it's giving, nor to add a valid payment method
