Camera turns on while I’m control centre

This used to be something that bothers me but it went away for a few months and now send to be back again. I noticed it happening just now and checking the screen time reflects what I suspected (consistently having a few seconds of camera usage on days when I’ve never used them)

Onto the actual problem, I’ve noticed that sometimes when I’m adjusting the brightness in the control centre the green dot appears. It will then immediately fade away. Is there some weird hidden feature on iPhones that could prompt this?

I’m thinking it’s one of the apps doing it but it would take time to test turning off access to all my apps so I’d love to know if anyone has the same problem and the apps that they use.

Either way I’m pretty concerned about it for my privacy.

I know someone else has had a similar question but the problem was never resolved and someone just gave a completely unrelated response about how anything on Mac/iOS “cAnT bE hAcKeD”.
