For the past couple of weeks it seems any game I play/puzzles/FB occasionally become unresponsive when using. I swipe to close anything that’s open, have rebooted iPad and all updates are done on a regular basis. It’ll be fine for a few minutes after rebooting then it’ll be back to freezing. It’s gotten frustrating and annoying. It’s 6 yrs old, so am wondering if it’s an age thing? It’s in excellent condition. Any thoughts?

I forgot to mention that this link applies to iPad as well. Of course age could have something to do with it. Perhaps the battery is wearing out. You might want to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options.

Thank you for your response, but my issue is with iPad and I’m not experiencing a black screen. iPad freezes while I’m playing a game/doing a puzzle/using FB. Please see my initial post for things I’ve tried.
