Hello there HeatherRamsey,

Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

Let's first have you check to see what the subscription is that you signed up for as Family Sharing is free to set up. Check out the steps below for assistance with this, and you can find additional steps here: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
4. Tap Purchase History.
5. Your purchase history appears. Tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range.

Once you're able to determine what the subscription is, you can determine if that's what you're looking to cancel. If you still want to proceed with cancelling this and request a refund, use the steps here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

We hope this information is able to help.

Have a great day!
