I make restart for my iPhone the when it’s starting again i get something about Diagnostics I don’t understand what that mean can you help me please

Riffa ~ I can't see any "Diagnostics" in your screenshots. 83% Maximum Capacity in a 5½ year-old battery isn't healthy, but if you're not seeing symptoms of a weak, aging battery, there's no need to replace the battery. But in case you want to anyway:

Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support


What version of iOS is your iPhone 7 Plus running?...


Settings > General > About > Software Version


Does your iPhone still have its original 5½ year-old battery?


And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...


Settings > Battery > Battery Health
