Sorry to hear you are having issues with completing IDV for Apple Cash.
If you still have the option to verify your identity, make sure the information you are entering aligns with what is on file for your Apple ID account.
This includes account name, DOB, and address. Your Apple ID account information should align with your drivers license/ID that you are submitting to complete Identity Verification.
If you see an alert that sending and receiving has been restricted, or that your Apple Cash card has been locked, contact Apple Support.
