where is SystemPreferences/Security&Privacy/Advertising in OS 12.3.1
In OS 12.3.1 SystemPreferences/Security&Privacy/Advertising is not present. How can I control tracking etc without this?

Take a look at System Preferences > Network > Limit IP Address Tracking

This seems to be limited to Apple ads. I was asking about the kind of general anti tracking help now available on iOS. Is that not provided for desktops?
