Can't download the iTunes

Dear all, hello

I have Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1.

Before install iTunes  12.8.3. I can see the icon info " This update requires macOS 10.13.99 or earlier version"

I can't download it from App Store as well.

Kindly advise how I can download iTunes?

Do I need to update my Mac OS?
