English audio removed from all movies in Apple TV / iTunes in Spain?

I live in Spain and I've been renting movies on my Spanish Apple TV / iTunes account for years. Usually there is an English Audio option on the majority of the movies but it seems to have been removed. I've even went back and re-rented movies from a few weeks ago which I watched in English to check... and now they're only available with Spanish Audio. Am I going mental? Is there a setting I have missed or have they actually went to the effort of removing the original language option from English speaking movies and give us a Dubbed Spanish option only??

The exact thing happened to me. Strangely the original audio in English of the movie I rented was not available. Bear in mind the description indicated the audio languages available were English and Portuguese, but only Portuguese available.

This is insane, really.

how come the original audio is not available in a platform?

on top of that there was not even many options in the subtitle languages. If it’s someone with PWD can’t even put the properly subtitles to watch a movie.

this is a major issue from my point of view that should be addressed asap.
