Power Beats Pro Skin Irritation

I have a pair of Power Beats Pro, when I wear them everywhere they touch my ears I end up with a rash. I had previously tried AirPods Pro and had the same problem. I wear in ear hearing aids and in all the years and different tips I’ve never had this problem. Dose anyone know what Apple is using that is different and if there is something that can be done about it?

They were purchased at Bestbuy and they don’t refund inear headphones, because I purchased them at Bestbuy Apple can’t help. Also the I don’t need the caution hot sign on coffee cups, ei. I had long ago stopped using them as would anyone with reasonable common sense. I’m stuck with a $329 set of headphones that I can’t use and am trying to find out if there is a solution.
