Unauthorized charges from the app store

I was charged $49.99 for some coins from a game in the App Store that i have no idea what it is and i didn’t authorize the charge 100%. I received a response 2 days later stating that the charges wasn’t eligible for a refund. Can someone guide me in the right direction to get my money refunded back to my checking account.
