Security Concerns ?

Obviously, I’m brand NEW to APPLE Products, iPhone, APPLE stuff. I have Mcafee APP, also had same APP on my last phone, an ANDROID, and it got hacked, just corrupted to the core. Was hoping APPLE had an APP I could get off the APP STORE, to just do a BASIC SECURITY CHECK OF THIS NEW PHONE, iPhone 8plus. ?

I have Mcafee APP,

You don't need that, remove it.

Most antivirus apps for your iPhone aren't really designed to find viruses. They are often security programs that bundle multiple functions to justify the price asked. It is quite difficult for security software makers to make a really good antivirus app, because Apple has pretty much boarded up the system.

Never provide your password, passcode, security questions, verification codes, recovery key or any other account security details to anyone else. Apple will never ask you for this information.
