Will I be able to track a lost MacBook Air?

I lost My Macbook, There was a pending Lost mode and I was able to track it before it connected to wifi, once it got connected to Wifi the lost mode was activated, will I still be able to track it without being connected to wifi? Now that the lost mode is activate

And will I know if it’s wiped?
