M1 MAx MacBook freezes

My MacBook 16 M1 Max even with just the finder window open freezes for 10-15 and more seconds!

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Try the following:

▷ Update macOS.

▷ Try Safe Mode.

▷ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

If that does not help, then get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.
