I don't have Apple product and someone is using my account as ID
I tried to reset the password and it worked, however I am not able to access this ID as the system wants me to answer the security questions, which I don't know as I did not create the fraud account, also the questions are in Chinese or so, what can I do to stop this?, specially that my email now is sorta blocked and I will not be able to use it in case if I get an Apple product, I looked in the website and there is no way to communicate with Apple, any suggestions?
