Sign in to icloud account problem

An "unknown problem has occurred " message keeps appearing when i try to sign in to my ipad, despite using the correct email and password. Help!!!

cant sign in to my icloud when logging in to icloud either with ipad or on computer it says "could not sign it. There was an error connecting to iCloud". Internet connection is fine, can sign in to other accounts. Not sure why I cant sign in here
