email problems apple id

Sometimes I am playing a game or doing something on my iphone and it says I need to update so I hit ok. When it takes me to update asks me for my pw and I put it in and it says its wrong and takes me to another screen where it has my other email instead of my apple ID email. Why and how do I get rid of this so I won't keep having this problem. Thank you

iPhone XS Max, 15

Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restart, and then sign back in. Check the updates to see if the apps requiring an update are in your Purchases History. If they aren't in your Purchases History, you can delete the app, and download it using your current Apple ID if desired. If the apps are in your Purchases History, contact iTunes Support.
