Copy and Paste an entire table in Notes?

On an iPhone, how do you select all the cells of a table in Notes in order to copy and paste the entire table?

Tap a cell in the table. Tap the Table icon in the toolbar. If you don't see the toolbar tap the plus sign above the keyboard. Tap Copy Table.
