Does changing the device language of one device affect the rest of my iCloud linked devices?

I want to change my iPhone device language, however I have an Apple Watch, a MacBook Pro, and an iPad on the same iCloud account. If I change my iPhone's language, will it affect all my devices since they're on the same iCloud account? Or will the change only be reflected on my phone?
