Did you sign up directly in the Britbox app on your Fire stick? Or did you sign up in the Apple TV App on the Fire Stick, to the Britbox Channel?

If you signed up directly in the Britbox app, then you need to cancel through there, or through the Britbox website.

Otherwise you can cancel through another device signed in to your Apple ID as explained in the "How to cancel a subscription from Apple" document you posted from. In fact you should try to find the subscription as explained there regardless. If it does not appear on your Apple ID, then you likely did not subscribe through your Apple ID so would not be able to cancel it from there.

If you used your Apple ID to sign up (or if you are being billed through Apple) you can cancel using any device as described in How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Depends on how you subscribed exactly. If you went through your Apple ID, and you are using the same Apple ID on your iPad or Laptop as you are for your TV, then you can follow the steps in the support document you posted from form either to cancel the subscription.

If you subscribed directly with Britbox on their website, then you need to cancel it form their Website.

If you subscribed from a non Apple device through their own app, then you need to go through there to cancel, or contact Britbox for alternate cancelation options.
