Purchased it in the month of November, and my device charging is **** slow, I don’t know what’s the issue , hardware problem or something wrong with the device.

As I have told u it just simply stuck on 80% and device started to heat up , I have purchased new amplifier along with the device as guided by the salesperson. After 3 to 4 hours the condition remains same and battery on 80% only.

It usually stuck on 80% and for hours it remains the same , and very after turning off the mobile data and wifi , than only slowly and gradually it reaches at 90%

It's usually something that's printed on the cube

You still haven’t told us how long it takes to charge the device. Or what yo are using to do the charging.
I suspect your charge times are perfectly normal.
