OK try this if you want either device check to see where your browser is check to see if you’re in iCloud or whether you’re in a yahoo account in Microsoft if you were going to do anything in iCloud go into the top by search and put yourself in the item in the iCloud account then follow the prompts yes

if you happen to be doing your search are use an email yahoo outlook or any Microsoft account to make sure that your browser is in the Microsoft account you can use the iCloud email yes or should I say yes hiding it in one of those other accounts but you have to have to have to be in the proper browser then not only with the email work but your password will work I’ve had so many passwords in the last even week because I didn’t do that
