Only Banking Apps won't open on home gateway

I have version 15.4.1 on my iphone and now I cannot open my banking apps one my home gateway. Amex, Citi, Wells...iCloud private relay is off. I can open them on LTE or another person's gateway. I have Xfinity and Xfinity Mobile.

Ay ideas out there?

Reset the router to factory settings using the pin hole.

Uninstall any security or VPN apps.
