Phone Number not registered with Phone

Hola, my phone was working fine until I updated it to ios 15.4. After that I got this message in iMessage and FaceTime that your number is registered to your Apple ID but is not associated with this phone.You can keep using the number for iMessage and FaceTime until it expires.

Now I only have 5 days left and dont know what to do?
