Can't update payment methods

I recently got notified that my iCloud+ subscription couldn't be renewed for some reason and that I should update payment methods. So I've checked my primary payment method, the one that iCloud+ bills to - MasterCard, has money on it. It's also in Apple Pay. Secondary, VISA, also full with money, in Apple Pay as well. For some reason, the VISA one is duplicated.


Anyway, I wanted to remove the payment methods, but of course can't do that since there's active subscriptions on all 3 of my payment methods somehow. Wanted to re-add the VISA, nothing happens. I've no idea what's going on with my payment methods, I can normally shop from the Store, I just can't pay my iCloud+ bill.


Any ideas?
